About Theresa
In her role as president of Synthomer Foundation (formerly known as both OMNOVA and GenCorp), a nearly $30 million endowment, Theresa supports local communities through Synthomer's footprint worldwide. She has lead the foundation since 2004, and prior to that served in several roles within the GenCorp Foundation and its parent company, The General Tire and Rubber Company. In addition, Theresa has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Akron Urban League, Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center, Cleveland State University Foundation, the NAACP Akron Chapter and as a Summit Metro Parks Commissioner.
