About Ron

Rev. Ron Fowler II is the executive pastor of Arlington Church of God, a multicultural, multigenerational church serving the East Akron community. His professional areas of expertise include cross-functional team leadership, technology and systems oversight, and community and organizational partnerships. Ron is actively engaged in the Akron community and currently serves on the board of the City of Akron Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council. His previous board service includes roles with Urban Vision and Youth Excellence Performing Arts Workshop. Ron is a graduate of Leadership Akron Class 34 and is a member of the Akron NAACP and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. Ron holds a master's degree in pastoral ministry from Anderson University, as well as business management degrees from Walsh University and the University of Akron.
