About Jody

Jody Miller Konstand is a multi-media journalist and owner of JMK Media. She has worked as a special correspondent for the Akron Beacon Journal, was publisher/owner of the Bath Country Journal and worked as a reporter, copywriter, and editor with Leader Publications. For 14 years, she was affiliated with Western Reserve Public Media in various capacities ranging from on-air news panel discussions to producing, writing, editing, and hosting special locally and nationally released broadcasts. She has volunteered with several community organizations including Leadership Akron, Leadership Akron N.E.X.T., Citizens for Yellow Creek, Bath Business Association, Bath Volunteers for Service, and Crown Point Ecology Center, among others. Jody is a founding donor and champion of the Bath Community Fund of Akron Community Foundation. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University.
