About Doug

With over 30 years experience in employee benefits, Doug Kuczynski has a strong background in delivering results oriented solutions for employers that control healthcare spend and retain employees. Doug is the Vice President of Employee Benefits and Client Strategy at Huntington Insurance and manages teams that offer innovative solutions to manage medical, prescription drug and other healthcare costs. A graduate of Leadership Akron Class 29, he has also served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Summit County, Victim's Assistance Program and the Greater Akron Chamber. Currently, in addition to his work on Akron Community Foundation's board, Doug serves on the board of governors at Firestone Country Club. Doug earned his bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the Ohio State University.
