With over 30 years experience in employee benefits, Doug Kuczynski has a strong background in delivering results oriented solutions for employers that control healthcare spend and retain employees. Doug is the Strategic Sales Manager, Labor and Trust at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. A graduate of Leadership Akron Class 29, he has also served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Summit County, Victim's Assistance Program and the Greater Akron Chamber. Doug earned his bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the Ohio State University.
