Jennifer Venarge DiSalvo is the vice president of human resources at APV Engineered Coatings, where she leads the company's strategic plan and oversees talent acquisition, employee training, and succession planning. Previously, Jennifer owned a physical therapy company and was responsible for leading the practice's growth strategy and human resources operations. Jennifer's professional associations include membership in the Society for Human Resource Management and Women In Manufacturing. She is also a graduate of Leadership Akron Class 38. Jennifer is active in the Greater Akron community and currently holds volunteer positions with Junior Leadership Akron, Food From Friends, and the Revere Schools Foundation. She earned a master's degree in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine and a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois.
