About Mike
Mike Zeleznik has nearly 40 years of experience as a CPA and business advisor. His expertise is broad and includes business valuation, litigation consulting/expert witness matters, transaction advisory services, estate planning, wealth transfer, exit planning, business succession planning, and estate and income taxation. In addition to his professional experience, Mike is on the board of trustees for the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and has past board representation with Habitat for Humanity, Volunteers of America, the Tax & Estate Planning Council of Akron and the Cleveland Estate Planning Council.
