About Dennis

A nationally recognized expert in healthcare network design, innovative care delivery and payment models, Dennis provides executive counsel and strategic leadership for the health system's enterprise-level strategy. He collaborates with physician and operational leaders across the organization to deliver on the synergistic promise of an integrated delivery system inclusive of acute, ambulatory, post-acute, network and health plan assets. Prior to his current role, Dennis was a partner at Guidehouse. With more than 20 years of health care industry experience, he has led numerous enterprise growth initiatives and is a nationally recognized expert in building, developing and implementing advanced approaches in network design, innovative care delivery and payment models, and mutually beneficial partnership strategies for health systems, employers, payers, and other health care entities. Dennis is the co-founder of the Pastor Dennis K. Butts Sr. and Jewrusha V. Butts Spirit of Excellence Scholarship Fund, which helps students in Northeast Ohio achieve their dreams. Dennis is an alumnus of the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and the University of Akron.
