To keep our employees, donors and agencies healthy during the COVID-19 outbreak, Akron Community Foundation offices will be closed to the public until further notice. Procedures have been put in place to continue our work and to ensure that your donations and grants will continue to be processed.
In addition, we have established the Community Response Fund for Nonprofits to assist our local agencies during this crisis situation.
Contacting ACF Staff
ACF staff continue to be reachable by both email and their office phone lines.
Donations will continue to be accepted, though you may experience some delay in receiving acknowledgments as we adjust our processes to limit physical interaction among staff members. Please make your donations online if possible to allow for the quickest turnaround time.
Grants will continue to be distributed, though you may experience some delays as we adjust our processes to limit physical interaction among staff members.
We also launched the Community Response Fund for Nonprofits that rapidly provides flexible resources to area nonprofit organizations working on the front lines of educating, engaging and supporting individuals impacted by COVID-19, as well as those working to improve diversity, equity and inclusion within our community.
