Join the Gay Community Endowment Fund of Akron Community Foundation for its annual celebration, exhALE: Advancing Lived Equality. This signature event celebrates the fund's impact in the community and recognizes its most recent grant and scholarship recipients. Proceeds support academic scholarships for LGBTQ+ and allied students who live or attend school in Summit, Medina, Portage, Stark and Wayne counties.

This year's event will feature the presentation of the 2023 Paul Daum Award to a community member who has demonstrated a significant commitment to LGBTQ+ causes in Greater Akron.
