The Medina County Community Fund is helping charitable people and nonprofits change the lives of residents all over Medina County. Here are some of their stories:

The BEAT is totally self-funded, they receive no operating or maintenance dollars from the Brunswick City School District or cable franchise fees from the City of Brunswick. They rely on grants and sponsorships for all the programs needs.

Through a recent $15,000 grant to The Children's Center of Medina County, the Medina County Community Fund is helping build and furnish a playroom for family visitation at the center's new location.

Medina’s Public Square is a charming, picturesque tribute to our small-town heritage. Four nights of the year, it comes alive during the Jazz Under the Stars professional summer concert series presented by the Ohio Regional Music Arts and Cultural Outreach (ORMACO).

In rural southwest Medina County, residents who don't have personal transportation often have difficulty getting to work, school or doctor's appointments. Thanks to a recent grant to the Matthew 25 Coalition, these residents are getting back on the road.

In 2016, the Medina County Community Fund was proud to award a grant of $1,550 to Marian's Closet to provide needed clothing for disadvantaged families in Medina County. Many of the items will go to children whose parents cannot afford back-to-school expenses.
